This should actually clean up pretty nice if you just replace the seals and run the gasline & reg in a way that suggested you hadn't recently smoked meth.

Hard to tell but it looks like it could be raw which would hurt the value some.

In one piece $120-180? Would prob get a bit more if you parted it out. Parted i'd prob list the frame for 70, hpr for 40, Lpr looks to be a palmers rock 45-60, the rest I'd list it at 90 and slowly lower over time.
