I am torn on letting this go because I love them but I have a few things I am after and curious on value? It's in near mint condition and has some nice Houge panels. All I really ever see is chrome pop up so hard to gauge what black goes for.
I’ll admit that I’ve been outside of the market for a few years now, but I think $200 would be on the real high end on this. If it had a kapp plate, especially the stainless steel ones (damn I love those things), it would be $200 all day long. Normal internals pulls it down just somewhat.
That said, IMO kapp frames are the absolute best of the classic frames. I think I even prefer them to belsales.
Well, I have a stainless Kapp plate laying around.... I was planning on putting it in if I kept it. I have a Powerlyte slider on my BM Sniper right now and up in the air on replacing it with this
I recently snagged a dust black w/ red aluminum KAPP plate (crappy grips) and a 2k gloss black KAPP front block (type with extra milling and drilled for 3way and ram set screws) for $160 shipped. But there were 3 people wanting to buy within the next hour.
I think he had it listed for $150. Id ask $175+shipping if you're not in a rush to sell. I personally have to pay $35 + shipping for Mozak to add a trigger stop to all my Slade frames, plus the weeks wait time. In my opinion, thst mskes these frwmes with an extra $50 to myself.
