Basic 2k Autococker

This is my friend's gin, he wants to raise funds for some home renovations and wants to sell me this. He is the second owner I believe, minimal use, minimal maintenance, pretty much stock, I have not tried to air it up but think I could, but probably needs seals. What do I offer him to be fair? $150-200?
