What's this 12" Palmers brass barrel worth?

Autococker threads, 12", unported. No pics but right now it's tarnished on the exterior (easy to buff). I think I shot balls at the fence with it over the years and it's never seen a field.

I got 0.695 off the base and 0.685 at the tip
