I played from 1985 to 1995 in Pennsylvania first at Skirmish USA then at Wolf'sLair on the home team. I still have two markers sitting in a closet for 30 years and am hoping to find new homes for them. I've done some reading on this website but have not been able to find these two models and was hoping someone could give me a ballpark estimate on their present values. Ebay doesn't seem to have them for sale either. One is a left handed Phantom including the original box and paperwork with a serial number in the 5,000's. The second is a Montneel Design Mega-Z with a serial number in the 700's and also includes the original box and paperwork. Thanks in advance for any help you can provide!

The older Phantom is probably $180 - $250 depending on the buyer. Closer to $200 I'd say as it has the oldest internals, but extra parts; the unibody is cool but doesn't handle today's paint as well.
No idea on the Mega-Z so I'll wildly guess $150, but with a small number of interested buyers.Feedback

The montneel is pretty rare and even more so in that condition. I the other hand there’s like 8 of us who care lol. The $250 range is probably pretty good, but to be honest I’d keep it for another 20 years.Comment

$400-$450 for the pair or $200 +/- $50 each if you are patient on the sale. If you want to sell quicker $150 for the Phantom or the Mega-Z plus shipping. Both are very niche markers anymore so a small audience but you are in the right location for that audience.

Nonoblitus I only used the Mega-Z a few times in 1996 and as I inspect it now it seems to have a tiny bit of play in the frame. The FAQ page says frame splitting is caused when the velocity screw is turned out too far, causing the body/breech, and the trigger frame to push away from each other. Would you let me know if yours has any play at all or is it solid on the trigger frame? -

First off, thank you all for responding so quickly. I have searched on and off over the last couple months to find a community and once I reviewed this site I knew it was the right place to ask questions.
I'm surprised the Montneel is pretty rare since one website said: "By the end of 1994, the Mega-Z was one of the most popular tournament guns in the country". But I guess being popular and being sold can be two different things lol. The Z-1 designers left Massachussets due to a dirth of decent machine shops, and moved to north-east Pennsylvania where Mike Hanse owned Wolf's Lair (where we were home team). Mike let them set up their initial shop there. Eventually he sold Wolfs Lair and joined Montneel Design. In 1996 he bought it back and renamed it EMR Event Park (still running).
As for keeping it for another 20 years or joining North East pump events, as I mentioned, I started playing in the 80's so the mind is willing but the knees are weak and I'd love to think I'll still be around in 20 years and we shall have to wait and see.
I have two other requests: How would I go about listing them? Do I put up two separate listings in "Buy-Sell-Trade - Pump Guns" or list them together and the buyer would need to sell off one of them which may be a hassle for them. also I'm not familiar with how transactions are run. Is it through PayPal G&S?
The other request is about the rest of the stuff I accumulated over the years. Is there a market for team patches from the 80's and 90s? I've probably got around 25 but don't know if anyone ever even heard of Gang Green, Master Blasters, Florida Terminators, Caretakers, or Bart's Stud Squad from the U.K. Plus patches from Direct Connect, RP Scherer, and Line SI.
Also I have original flags from Skirmish U.S.A. from when they first opened plus later versions.
I have two helmets that I will need to post separately since I was only allowed to post 5 photos in this thread. Also a belt that holds 1 siphon bottle and 6 Supertube XL (assuming anyone even uses that kind of thing anymore).
I will include the 2 siphon bottles I have with the two markers and the Mega-Z will include a VL2000 motorized hopper that the Mega-Z instructions say is necessary to keep paint from getting pinched. I saw today the FAQ that came with the Mega-Z was printed in 1996 which explains why it looks like it was barely used. I stopped playing in 96!

Master Blasters still play out of PSI in Platikill NY, formally “Survival New York” Jerry Brawn still runs events there. Even old school 10 man style mech events. They hosted Woods Ball World Cup the past few years. The past few years they had a team of all the old timers who built the sport play as “The Band” it was great seeing them play again. Definitely worth checking out. -

Patches definitely will sell especially old team patches and old school manufacturer patches. I have sold many over the years and still have many to sell
Most of the stuff you listed has some value here but it will really depend on the condition and whether the item is still of interest. There are players on here who have asked about setting up siphon bottles which is not easy with the new valve "safety" vent holes and there is some interest still in markers that benefit from liquid CO2 but is a small niche group.
List your markers separate the Phantom in the Pump For Sale section and the Mega Z in the Mechanical Semi-Automatic section. The rest of your stuff would be under Misc. Paintball Items Section or may the Rare, Old guns hard to find section. Be ready to our international friends as well we have a bunch of Canuks [Canadians] as well as some European friends on there so think about if you want to deal going across borders. Personally I will ship pretty much anywhere but some do not want to do the require paperwork. It really is not that big of deal but......to each their own. I have had good luck shipping internationally both to Canada and a few European countries. Make sure you read the for sale rules pinned in each section but basically you need to list a price, no bidding, no asking for Paypal or there fees (you want to recoup them put that into you list pricing) and from my experience make sure you indicate if the given prices are with or without shipping.

That is awesome to hear Gang Green and Master Blasters are still active after 40 years! Grendel thank you for the details on listing here and the link to details. I have included a photo showing the two tanks I have but don't know if they are allowed to be used anymore, or at least without modifications. Nonoblitus is the Gang Green patch the same as the one you used when you played on their team?Comment

Nope different patch and we were on the West Coast after I moved from Connecticut while playing with the Connecticut Head hunters to Washington state where I lived there for many years. I believe a member moved out there and asked me to join. We played the great Western series up and down the Pacific Northwest. I’ll dig out the patch.
Damage Inc also had a team in Connecticut as well.
Tactical Assault Slim is the OG on that team still has members and who designed tons of team patches.

Thank for posting the patches. I used to see one or two players from teams at tournaments that had a similarly designed jacket or vest. I don't mind parting with my patches. What is the etiquette on this site for transactions? Do I need to list them on the Buy-Sell-Trade Misc section? I just don't want to run afoul or rules.
