I'm surprised the Montneel is pretty rare since one website said: "By the end of 1994, the Mega-Z was one of the most popular tournament guns in the country"
full disclosure. I wrote those words in the faq 30 years ago. My viewpoint was pretty limited, just playing in the northeast where it was pretty popular.

And I really hated mags and cockers so I was totally biased. Lol

on a sad note, im down to my last hydrod 20oz siphon and the local scuba shop stopped taking co2 tanks. I might have to resort to 7oz siphons!

I actually have a 20oz siphon I used with the Mega-Z but read they cannot be shipped through the mail. Aargh.

First I've heard that. My understanding is it just has to be empty. I've been shipping tanks through usps and ups forever.

Yeah, he could take the bottle off if he wanted to be safe.

Damn Google AI. The first time I asked can you legally send CO2 siphon bottle through the mail it said no. This time I entered: can you ship an empty co2 siphon bottle and it said sure. Sorry for posting incorrect information. I assume I would just need to depress the end pin?

I've never had issues with empty bottles - maybe remove the burst disc to be nice - but always unscrewed valves/ regs to be safe.
