That's a Diamond Labs titanium bolt.

The proteam detent might make this something out of Florida Paintball Central or but the name escapes me right now. It was that guy and Skip Swift that did custom Cocker work first.

That being said this is worth more in Parts than a whole lot more than likely

I agree this build is worth more parted than complete

Eclipse frame are usually worth around around $150
