This one needs timing and possibly seals, but is in great condition considering its age. AA hpr, PPS Rock lpr. 2x slider frame. Unsure of internals. Chrome pitting on ram.

Given the information provided and the pictures, I would say $350 is a pretty solid price, especially if you are looking to sell reasonably quickly. If you posted it for $400, it would sit for a while and might take some negotiation to liquidate.
