The first ones were from 1982 and will not be marked "007" on the top tube. Yours looks to be a third/fourth generation Nelspot 007 (short sight rail, has a ball stop, non-threaded feedtube). Interesting to have the original receipt for sure! I think this would fetch somewhere around $150 to the right buyer. If I didn't have a handful of various Nelspots already I'd be tempted for the receipt alone...
