    Unibody phantom value?

There's a unibody phantom I'm half interested in somewhere, is $100 a fair price for these? Not having a removable barrel will definitely mean rollouts galore, but maybe it's fixable?

Don’t know the value, but you can send it out to get the ASP detent mod, that’ll help prevent rollouts.

I'll look into that, I was also considering some of the other detent ideas that have been used on sheridans and others

I'd jump on one for $100. Internals, valve, trigger frame have got to have that much value alone.

Don't know if the internals will be the same though.

The unibodies were before my time. I would have guessed they were compatible with newer Phantoms but maybe I'm wrong. They would probably have the old hammer, longer powertube, and old TPC. Anyone know if those are compatible? Has the trigger frame changed?

They'll work; the breach and tube for the running gear have not changed over time, but you do need to make sure you use the same revision bolt/hammer assembly.

$100 shipped is phenomenal. IMO The trigger frame/valve/guts are worth $150 easy enough. I've saved an old unibody for making it a bolt action/single shot novelty marker. Most often people just grab a round head body ($125 🤔 ) and use their existing AC barrel collections.

BMC charges $85 for a unibody chop and thread, and $35 for a freak bore. so, youd be at $220 all in

      id say worth it
