Is it rebuildable or worth anything?

I just bought that bolt in black at $35 shipped a week ago. No cool weight saving millings. So 35-50 maybe? It also had the retaining pin retaining bolt which is $15 at aka.

That 3 way looks like a black Belsales Angry 3 way. I'd put that at 125-150. Rare and reanodizable part, they most are found in chrome and rarely in brass. You don't ever see those pop up in black.

Is there a way to confirm if it's Belsales or not? It does look similar, but it also looks like any other basic 3-way to me

It is a black Angry 3 way, I'm staring at my brass one comparing it. Here is a plated chrome one, same barbs, spacing, shaft.
