    SSniper13's Collection

I've been snowed in and doing routine maintenance on what I failed to realize is a rapidly growing collection....again. Thought I'd finally get around to sharing.
After being on MCB back to the salmon and blue days, I've bought and sold more than a hundred guns. I may or may not be able to find group pics of all of them, but it's been a ride that is still ongoing.

That said, here's the current herd...

    Cocker Family

    Top to Bottom:

    ANS Generation-X Cocker
    Post-2k Stock-class Sniper build
    1998 Evolution Cocker
    Post-2k Sleeper Sniper
    CCM RF S-5 "Slime 5"
    ANS GX-3 Sniper

    Old School Family

    Top to Bottom:

    Red Sterling with AA Barrel
Blue Sterling with full J&J Edge Kit
    Alley Cat with AA Barrel
    Phantom with 16" Dye Boomstick
    68-Carbine with AA Barrel
    68-Carbine with Dye UL Barrel
    Pro-lite with Tippmann Sniper Barrel

    New School Family

    Top to Bottom:

    M170R in Predator Camo
    Gtek in HDE
    Emek with POPS
    Gtek
    Axe

For fun, let's go back in time to see how things have changed, including camera phone quality!

    2004

That Shocker had been one of my "lust after" guns when it came out and I was broke. Finally got one and hated every second of game play with it.

    2006

I deeply regret selling that Angel LED. One of the few guns I really miss. I'll never see another like it...

Also notice my transition from Cocker to Sniper. The GX-3 got leaky, and I got impatient. And discovered I really loved Snipers.

    2008

I'd gone full-in on pumps to the point that I stopped taking any pictures of my semis unless I was selling them.

A few more highlights from that era.

    2006

Another of my "lust after" guns. This one was fun to play with, but too fragile for my clumsy play style and I was afraid to break it.

    2007

An impulse buy at OK D-Day that year after getting overshot during the week. Took it out for the last couple of hours on Saturday after playing with a Sterling all morning and went a little bonkers. Not my proudest moment, but one that sticks with me.

Pawn Shop snag -$150 for everything

I wanted so badly to love this Blazer, but I have never been so frustrated with a paintball gun in my life. It shot perfectly in the back yard, but every time I took it to the field, it leaked. Every time. I sent it back to PPS twice for a rebuild, and both times they swore it wasn't leaking when it got there. It wouldn't leak when it got back to me. It touched the field....hsssss...... I sold it in a fit of rage and it was the last PPS I've ever owned.

I'll have to dig into another hard drive to find the next decade....

            Thanks!

I have no idea what a RF Series 5 would go for now. I got it almost 10 years ago, after years of looking and waiting for one to come onto the market. I can count on one hand the number of RF CCMs of ANY kind that I've seen come up for sale in the last decade.

With the current CCM market what it is, it won't be a small number, though.....
