That's all the pics right now.
I know I'm not the best photographer. As bits & pieces are ready for market I'll be doing some clean up and maintenance, then getting some glamour shots.
      Until then ~ Enjoy.

If you don't me asking how long have you been accumulating this collection? It seems to be well rounded in its variety.

I've always gone for the unique. Rarely looking for duplicates unless I really wanted something found for a good price.
My first purchase was in 1988, last in 2023? So it's been a while.

A stack of money being the cover photo for a book called "how do you do paintball" seems fitting.

No need to read the book, you have your answer

Hi PJ, did you build up this awesome collection using eBay and Craigslist? Or was a lot of this stuff bought new off the wall, back when it was all new and shiny?

I'll allow him to give a proper reply, but I believe a major this came from "sssplaaaaat" after his passing

I sold him a few huge lots when I was clearing house in the early 2000's a few came from that I can tell you.

Sometimes us collectors just do things behind the scenes

First off, holy hell that is so much stuff. Now I understand why it took you so much time to go thru it all.

You probably already know this, but you have two very similarly ano'd camo nelsons; one phantom, one I don't recognize (at a certain point they all look the same). But you have all the match ano'd phantom parts piled up next to the other one, and it looks like you have not-matching parts on the phantom when you have the matching ones.

Ack! I haven't even finished going through it all.
                  To clarify some points,
Meleager7 ~ very little of this came from the internet ~ Most on-line transactions were through message boards privately. More than a few right here. I have been collecting since 1988, long before I was ever connected.
The majority came from attending games and buying from folks unloading stuff or a vendor's booth (like that notorious calendar I bought when I played in the World Cup in '98) and a bunch came off walls in stores that no longer exist.

Iamthelazerviking ~ I did make a deal with Jack before he passed, mostly the old masks, a bunch of air/Co2 tanks and a lot of the miscellaneous bits & pieces. Not a single marker.
I bought that lot sight unseen to acquire the one thing I did want from Him, the Carters Commando banner.

Magmoormaster ~ The woodland camo Phantom I bought 25 years ago, with the two barrels. I've looked for and bought what I could in that anno pattern, all CCI. At least two, maybe three runs of colors with slight differences. I thought that pattern was exclusive, until I spotted a TASO Spartan in the same colors. (the other Nelson)
I said I look for the unique, so I had to add it. Maybe sell it all as a matching lot?

Jim, all the pics MADE my weekend. So awesome! You've a great collection of unique and interesting items that spans a couple of decades. Thank you for posting the pics. I know it's loads of work to do it. I'll be watching for a sales thread if and when you do one.
