    Great Barn Find of Paintball?

In A location far far away I happened upon a great paintball/airsoft field on a military base. Played with THE best rentals I think one could ask for and than discovered these beauties Hanging in the prep area. I have no idea their history yet but you bet your arse im going to find out. I DO NOT OWN THESE. I do not believe the seller wants to sell them even though they have been sittinng outside in the elements for a number of years.

O ya its very sad but these are on a military base in a foreign country though. If you tried to steal then if you were left with trigger fingers youd be lucky. Not to mention stealing just isnt generally the culture here. You can leave your laptop out in public for hours and come back to it.

Haha They were Just some Azodin Kaos but they had aftermarket Dye or Empire Barrels on them so they actually shot relatively straight and broke relatively little paint. I know theyre not great guns but it was nice having something other than the standard 98 custom.

Hard to know what it's worth due to condition. The electronics on some of these might be junk due to the elements. Hopefully not, but no idea. You can see how rusted the hangers are, so plenty of paintball pieces will be the same.

Can they be restored? Sure, the worth while ones, but unless you get a good purchase, they won't be worth doing.

Interesting find none-the-less. This is a first for me to see.

Not to worry. Carter's Commando Abused Marker Elite Rescue Squad ("SMEAR" in French) has locked onto your location and is already en route

-Sadly, not a whole hell of a lot. And I'll guarantee you they're worth more parted out than as assembled markers. Every one of those is going to need every single O-ring replaced- 3-ways, LPRs, rams, you name it.

The Angel batteries are junk- not "might be", are- and there's a good chance they've damaged the body too. There's about an 80% chance all the solenoids are junk, and only a slightly better chance the boards are junk.

Yes, those guns can be saved, with a lot of work. And, I hope, one way or another they will be. But as-is, where-is values? The Angels might be worth a hundred bucks each, the blowbacks are "I'll give you a dollar to take this", the Shockers might have a little more value than the Angels (easier to rebuild, less troublesome batteries, etc.) but not a lot, and the rightfeed 'Cocker isn't worth much more than the value of the potmetal frame, depending on how much it's corroded.

The Twister is the only thing on that rack with any real value, but that cut triggerguard hurts that quite a bit. Untested, unrebuilt? Somebody'll give ya a grand for it, but probably not much more.

Two grand for the entire lot would be very generous, in my opinion.

It hurt mentally when I saw that those markers had been left outdoors for years on end. But when I saw the cut frame on the Twister, I involuntarily let out an audible "Noooo!! Why?!?"

On the plus side, it's just a frame. An old, hard-to-replace Benchmark, sure. But replaceable nonetheless. The only trick being finding a shop that can match the anno.

On the other plus side, it hasn't been drilled for eyes.
