Those are some nice looking Deceptions. I had an early Interceptor that I enjoyed, especially the trigger. Fun markers but I don't think I've even seen another Alien at the field.

Anybody correct me if I’m wrong but I remember it like this.

Jack Rice was the lead guy/owner at Alien Paintball. Griffen Spanner started working with or consulting with Jack on projects. I think there is still a project out there they collected a bunch of money (preorders) for but have not produced much. Griffen started producing the parabolic barrel kits. I think there was also some crossover to the Thin Air Sports barrel kits also. Eventually he included them with the alien markers and also sold them separately. Griffen also currently is a "alien tech" and helps people troubleshoot their aliens online.

That's mostly accurate. The parabolic barrel system is and was designed by Griffin. The alien deception may day barrels are parabolic v 0.1 if you want to call them that. Overall there is a lot of hate and I'm right your wrong people when it comes to barrels and over bore or under bore theories. I support the makers and brand continuation that Griffin has taken on his shoulders. It's very hard to break into the big markets as a solo designer for this sport. Luck and money unfortunately.
