Commando D-Day Big Game, Ottawa , Ontario, Canada - June 3, 4, and 5th - Roll Call

Okay, we saw Alexndl put the feelers out last month in the general events thread , but I thought a dedicated thread for this game would be a good idea.

So who is interested in another MCB meetup for this big game? This field is close to the Province of Quebec, so hopefully the Que. MCB crew can make a showing!

New York, Vermont, Maine, New Hampshire , etc, you guys gonna cross the border for this?

the drive from the GTA is a long one, so I'm considering going Saturday , and then probably doing the camping option. That way I'm already up there for the Sunday main event!

with these crazy gas prices, i think a lot of us will be looking for carpool options this summer, to not just paintball events !

Is playing Allied and attacking the beach a real meat grinder at this big game? Or can players actually work their way up the hill given enough time?

How does Dday play out? Is it a paint fest? I've not played mission-oriented paintball much, I seem to end up finding a pocket of players to shoot it out with.

I definitely want to check this out but I will be on vacation down south for it this year. This is like Canadas version of ION skirmish right. They have like pyrotechnics and stuff don’t they? I remember Mar talking about it one year. I definitely need to check this game out.

I'm registered ! I did not see anywhere to pick teams , or pre-pay for a case of paint....

Doing the show up Saturday afternoon, camping overnight to be ready for the Sunday game.
