I put in an order for some mag parts and other goodies from Premium Paintball Products. This is the first time I've ordered from them. My estimated shipping date was yesterday and I still haven't received anything from them. I also have never been provided any shipping confirmation or tracking order, although I did receive an order confirmation. Anyone use these guys before? What's your experience been?

Hit or miss, personally. The last thing I ordered was a Cocker adapter that took three weeks and a text from the owner's cousin (I work with the cousin) to get out the door to me, so I stopped using them. -
The owner messaged me in regards to an ISO post I made in an Automag Facebook group. It was just after Black Friday so he asked if I could wait until after the rush, which was fine by me. He never got back to me and I never followed up. Take that as you will.

I’ve sent two emails asking for an update. Will wait to hear back, but not looking good. It was the only place in a Canada to get the mag parts I wanted though. Usually order from Impact or Maier, which are both excellent.Last edited by Cdn_Cuda; 06-03-2022, 02:25 PM.Comment

Got a call from the owner clarifying my order. Their website doesn't update and they are in the midst of replacing it apparently. Good news is they have the X-valve repair kits. Bad news is no Nummech feed necks or TIPX remote that I ordered.
