It's tempting, might be worth camping out this time instead of driving over both days.
Depends on if I end up doing Slim's the weekend before... if we get a big enough turnout I might just switch to doing Legends. -

Such a weird way to announce it. Seems like the game is still on, but CPX is no longer involved (and now you pay in Canadian $$$)
I had a few friends attend last year and they were not told that the cost was in USD until after they paid, so that’s a rough surprise
Adrenaline hosts some great big games with Global, but hopefully they get a good turnout for this. I heard the Sunday was very light attendance last yearComment

So I'm sure most of the paintball community in Ontario has seen the announcement about CPX's involvement in the Canadian Legends game at the end of the month. Crazy right?
At first I was angry. We've invested a ton of time and energy into getting things ready to be one of the coolest games of the season, on and off the field. Like the Living Legends always was.
Then it occurred to me. Nothing has really changed. Some folks decided that, for whatever reason, they didn't want to run THEIR game anymore. Cool beans. Who cares. It changes nothing.
Do you know what makes games legendary? It's not the venue, or the promoter or the vendors; it's you. You show up, you commit to having the best weekend you can possibly have, and you make it epic. The stories we tell years later are all about the people, long after the game mechanics are forgotten.
I don't care that CPX isn't coming; I don't care about next year's game. None of that matters. I care about CONTINUING to make this year's game as much fun as it can be, and you should too!
For those of you who pre-registered, thank you. I hope you don't get burned too badly on the exchange on your refund. That would suck. I hope you will re-register (at a 40% cheaper rate than you paid originally) and still join us. Especially our American friends. We love you and hope you take advantage of the excellent value your dollar brings and the super close proximity to the Michigan side of the border. For my fellow Canadians, with the current climate, it's nice to know that now, all the money for this game gets pumped into the local scene, something we should all care about.
Adrenaline does a great job, and I have no reason to believe this will be any different. We'll be there, with some cool new swag, having a great time, and setting this up to be one of the great weekends in 2026 paintball. Don't get hung up on the negative. Come out and be FUCKING LEGENDARY like the rockstars I know you to be.

Well I’m signed up again. Red team. Playing both days. Got two cases of paint. May need more depending how much I play pump.
I opted to grab a hotel room in London. Wife and kiddos will come and hang out in London ect while I play.

Spoke to Greg Muscutt from Adrenaline. Asked him if we could do some pump games or scenarios. He said if we had 6 or more pumpers we could do some night ball under the lights Saturday night!!!Comment
