No I would assume there is some typical eBay price gouging going on. Also, just assuming there was something covering the eyes, if that's true it's an incomplete piece

Those masks were available without goggles back then. It was the second mask, I purchased new in my youth. It was still the days of cheap shop goggles and slightly better Uvex goggles. Some of the kids used their motorcycle goggles with them.

Edit..also my first mask with forehead and ear protection. 😂
