    Fox paintball (chicagoland IL) closing June 2026

    My homefield since the start. End of an era.

    ANNOUNCEMENT
    Fox Paintball is officially retiring and will cease operations at the end of June 2026.
    Thank you to all of our fans and friends for all the support over the last 36 years.
    Fox Paintball has been home to many great memories.
    We wish the best to all of our customers and the industry.
    We will continue to operate through June. We plan to hold a closing event on the weekend of June 27th and 28th. We will have clearance sales and free play for all customers. More details for that weekend will follow. Thank you all    ​

          Is this the field associated with Tim/Sandman from AGD? If so, does this have broader implications for AGD?

              Yes this is Tim's field and there were already material changes in day to day mgmt of AGD website previous to this - new domain, new administration

              Rip. I Never went though. Cpx was my first, and home field for years. Badlandz was a good field when I stopped playing. I know how much it sucks to lose a great field.

                  That's the only field around here I haven't made it out to. I'll try to get out there once before the end.

                  I know a handful of people I regularly play with are going up there this Saturday to play.

                      If I had a working vehicle. It would be cool to make the trip. If my buddy has his car available this weekend. I may be able to use it. I really need to get out and do something fun. My last weekend plan failed.

                          The place that got me hooked on paintball! Only played there once for my first time but it was a great experience.
