    I'm still not sure if I'm going or not, I'll probably end up making my decision last minute like normal

    Also heads up AG just announced a 10 man mech tourney the same weekend, this might be a conflict for some if their on a mech team planning on playing the event

                With the NEPL Mech tournament at AG the same weekend I understand some of you may be playing in that. We can't at this point move Reaperball as some have already booked accommodations and flights. Plus both fields have been booked since last fall or whenever they started allowing bookings for this year.

                That makes knowing the head count for Reaperball all the more important. If you know what your plans are please let me know.

                I started a attemdance list based on the comments BEFORE the NEPL game was brought to my attention. If you need to change your status please let me know.

                Also seems the shirt spreadsheet is not working. So please either post here or message me.

                            Now that Stocktoberfest is done its time to wrap up Reaperball planning.

                            Please let me know if you plan to attend and what day. It is very important I have a headcount for the fields especially CS as this is the first time we are heading there. (And the first time many of us have ever played there)

                            Shirt order needs to be in by OCTOBER 1ST due to the game being earlier in the year this time.

                            At CS we will be mainly playing on the air field. As stated somewhere above if you want to join a walkon game please do just keep it to 10BPS. If there is enough interest I also have no issue asking our ref to take us to fields other then the airball field.


                            Important: Everyone is there for fun.
                            Sunday on the airfield is bunkering allowed. It's what we do. We will have kids playing I believe. New players. DO NOT Bunker new kid players. I will not put up with it. You should have a good idea who your shooting at. There will be a 3 time warning system and then asked to not play in games the kids are in.

                            If you find a kid on the field move to a safe distance before shooting them.

                            Whoever it was that discussed having their kids play please contact me I would like to discuss their comfort level with playing.
