I’m excited to announce… I’m bringing pump paintball back to CT! Super pumped for this one guys, hope everyone can make it!

PUMP UP THE RIDGE
What: Open Class Pump Game
Where: Hogan’s Alley Paintball at the Ridge
When: Saturday, Sept. 7, 2024
Why: New England has, one of, if not the, strongest pump communities around. This is my attempt to help grow that by bringing pump back to CT, while giving the members of said community the opportunity to include a new field in their playing rotations.


This game will be Open Class. As you know, that means, as long as you have to pump your marker to shoot it, it’s pretty much fair game. I will not be banning auto-triggers, but with almost every game we play, the universal rule of “don’t be a dick” is in full effect.

As most of you know, Hogan’s and Powder Ridge have a full bar restaurant and flush toilets, along with other activities (for additional costs). See their website for details.

There’s literally a chair lift!

A cIair lift with AMAZING views! But that last 100 ft to the barrel field was challenging….then an other 1/4 mile to the woods field….I wish I was 20 years younger! But 100% worth the haul

I like this field. The pistol day was fun there. I will definitely be at this one. I’m really excited for lunch the food at the bar is really good. I want to try the zip line?

So far, nothing interferes with this, so I'm in. They have some really cool fields. The view going up the chairlift was also pretty sweet 😉😉

A little PSA for attendies:

There are fields at the bottom of the hill, and fields up the mountain via chairlift. Bring a backpack to carry paint and water, emergency TP, and whatever else you absolutely need. It's a long walk back down to the staging area. There's also a decent walk between the 2 fields up the hill, basically I'm saying there's gonna be a lot of walking on this day, so plan accordingly.

For those willing to trek all over the hillside, its a freaking blast. Come join us.
