Hyping this one up because it will be a local one and a blast!

I will be on hand both days with playing and running vendor space and a mini museum..... I might even have rentals!

Not likely camping just because I live 15 minutes away lol


Edit: worth mentioning, the field is very close to many of the best fall long island activities... Pies, pumpkins, and cider houses. So the other halfs can come and have their own activities if not playing

This looks cool and about 2 hours from me with traffic. Just to make sure i understand correctly i can bring my pump gun with compressed air and view loader hopper (gravity fed type)? Also because its all day does that mean you can show up at any time and not need to be there at a certain time for when it starts? Also as someone who has not been to that field before, can spectators watch or is it more in the woods?

Anything pump can be used regardless of type or style.

If you need to pump it to shoot your golden.

The game start time is just so people show up timely.

The air ball and hyper ball fields are spectator friendly even with bleachers. The woods field you'll need a mask to watch

It's just a big dirt parking lot so... Acceptable in the short term.

What are you into? A few miles away there's fantastic Mexican, BBQ, ice cream, chains etc.

Can someone explain how the ferry works or us simpletons who don't ever deal with them. It looks like about 3.5 hour trip for me no matter what way I go so I could either take the Bridgeport or Cross Sound Ferry. Is one better or more convenient than the other. I'm leaning towards Cross Sound so that I don't have to deal with the New Haven and Bridgeport areas.

Considering the drive I'd be there for the weekend and would camp. Do you know if there is a tree or a pole near the camping area that I could tie one end of my hammock to? I can tie the other end off to my truck.

Depends on where they set up that.....

Red is normal parking and yellow is overflow used for larger games

Event still listed as both days here.

Call the deer park store during the week Dave is running the event and works there he would likely know best. Office , field , and store communication isn't always great with cousins

Can't answer for them, I'm going both day regardless as it's close to my house.

Worst case scenario we play dumb and harass walk ons.

Who did you talk to? Keep in mind their office is on Virginia now so they might be a bit out of the loop

Which day even the guy who organized it hasn't been told.
