Stocktoberfest Food Planning

Stockclass Heroes and I started planning out the Saturday night feast for Stocktoberfest. We decided to keep it on theme so naturally we’re going to have tacos.

The God of G’lorp is going to bring fish to fry for fish tacos.
I will bring carne asada and most likely carnitas.

I plan on bringing wings and various dipping sauces. That would be for Saturday night.

I can definitely bring some fresh eggs. I will have Ash whip up a batch of her brownies as well.

if NONOBLITUS is attending and brings some of that slaw he had at the RollOut pistol game would go dashing with the fish tacos. Will also be bring a special dessert for after our lovely dining experience .

I'll have fresh ground coffee available both mornings. I'll have my fryer setup and some other propane burners with me, cast iron to cook on.

Probably bring some pierogies for saturday dinner, maybe some kielbasa too. Might bring some bacon for breakfast. If wife has time she'll bake some cookies.

For those fine persons planning on camping Friday night, Myself and BLachance75 will be doing orange chicken with fried rice for dinner should any wish to enjoy some super yummy home cooked Asian cuisine .

Quite honestly my man,

Plenty will be on hand, if you're gonna make the trip from California no one is going to begrudge you eating the food without bringing something. Promise.

Unfortunately will not be making it up to this weekends festivities . so its Brussel sprouts and liver for dinner kids.

I’m still going to do tacos Saturday night, steak, chicken and carnitas.

Friday will be more chill, probably burgers and dogs.

i got peppers and onions for the saturday tacos. I can grab tortillas if you need me to.

Probably frying up some pierogi friday night for a side, might have some extra steak tips to go around.

I'll have some bacon for breakfast, plenty of Kenyan AA coffee + half and half/sugar to go around.

I have a five pounds of salsa fresca I made for Saturday. Not overly spicy. Makes a great topping for tacos.

I got both corn and flour tortillas for the tacos, and peppers and onions. Some kielbasa for either dinner or breakfast, some bacon. Also have paper plates and plastic forks covered.

We'ere eating good this weekend.
