SoCal Looking for a speedball team or a good place to walk on and play weekly

I used to play tournament speedball back in the early 2000's had to stop because I was too broke in college to keep it up. Looking to get back into now. Am looking for a team or a group of regulators to play with in SoCal. I am closest to the Hollywood Sports field, not too far from SC Village. Both seem to have pretty mixed reviews. Are either of these places decent enough for a new comer to just show up and play?

Is anyone out there looking to add a player? Just looking for something chill and hang out but to play pretty regularly.

Hollywood sport field paint only but except certain days I forgot since I try not to play there at all cost. S.C. Village is better lets BYOB except for private groups starting in June of this year field paint only for groups. But if you decide on a private play time is a lot shorter compared to the pass at S.C Village. That's why I stop having private games there walk -on is good but to many players as a group. So our group I plays with mainly now Jungle Island but they raise prices so my group considering AGS more games price is reasonable it just far and I mean far. Because my group consist of player near Hollywood sports farthest is long beach, compton area. to travel. So you would have to pick your poison.

Depending on your play style there are lots of groups to choose from living in SoCal. If you're into pump I know socal stock and pbsl is a great way to get to meet people and find a group of guys from all over socal, both mainly do pump days/tournaments but they do offer mech days/tournaments on occasion. Last Saturday PBSL & Mech Masters did a tournament at HSP, I belive this Saturday at HSP SoCal Stock is doing a memorial game that is open class, as fsj1991 said you are kinda blessed in being able to pick your poison in what you want to do cause living in SoCal you can literally find a group that's into any particular play style at a majority of fields
