Pump Event at Paintball Jungle (NorCal), 20 April 2024

Late notice, but the Bay Area Pump & Stock Class Paintball Club is hosting a Pump-Only event at Paintball Jungle in American Canyon, CA (not to be confused w/ Jungle Island in Southern CA).

My buddy and I plan to show up and connect with the NorCal pump community! (which I recognize is pretty tiny compared to the Southern CA community).

I play there on the regular. It’s an eye opening experience to see the home team start in the middle of the field, wipe and bonus ball newbies.

To be honest, it’s an amazing field. I knew the previous field owner, it used to be called Sherwood Forrest back in the 2000’s. Jungles had land down the road but it got sold and jungle Bob moved into the Sherwood. There’s major development all over that area. They had a serious issue with paintballs going into the school they share a fence line with. It was resolved but still, it’s not a permanent field, the clocks ticking. I try to support them as a family business despite the known issues.

"Bob" is a stain on the paintball community ...
He tried to kick me out of his field because "i didn't shoot enough paint with my pump" and a few weeks later he tried to start a fist fight because i shot him with a pump ...

Note those are only the last 2 "incident" that made me say never again ... Rant over, seriously hope its a fun day, we need a bigger pump scene 😋

My backup pump is an original Azodin KP with a CP reg and a hush bolt. I'm happy to let you borrow it. Just be prepared for an ugly pump stroke. It's cocker threaded, so BYO barrel kit if you have it (otherwise I'll slap on the stock Empire sniper 2 piece barrel).

You could also message out to fb event and see if someone else has a nicer back up pump. Hope the bbq works out, but come on out if it doesn't!
