I'm part of a group of 5+ coming up from the Bay. My first scenario game, so I'm stoked!
Matt Drown have you been before? Tips or advice?

It's not a "large" scenario game (I'm headed to Michigan in July for 1000+) but there will be enough people to make this a larger game. I've only played a couple times, just moved north from the Bay Area last fall, so I'll try to describe the area.

Last scenario game was two stages, with flipped sides. The game was attackers/defenders on a hillside, with unlimited re-spawns on attackers side, with variable restarts on the defender, when you die, you restart further back in the field, goal is for the attacker to take the hill, then move to a flat wooded area, and then an area with towers, shrubs, and more wide open attack-defend. Attackers need to reset at last captured "stage".

Tips. It's woodsball, wear good footwear, hills. Check weather, be aware of temps. The regulars are a great group, and super friendly, you'll be easily welcomed. If you've only played bay-area fields, you are going to experience terrain and trees (vs pallets and flat ground). There will be a range of equipment, including pumps, on the players.

I haven't camped up there, this may be my first time. The field is part of a large campground/lake area, with full services. You shouldn't go hungry if you paid for the optional food.

Thanks! I grew up playing woodsball in NorCal, so I'm excited to relive some fun in the woods. Also great to hear there are others running pump. I plan to switch between pump and mech so my arm doesn't fall off.

Are there ways to refill on air or paint on 1) defense, 2) attack, 3) other games? I run a 48/4500, so I have some concern that I'll run out of air at least.

Fields maps released on FB (src). My friend played one of their events last year. Here's what he said about the attack & defend game (Day 1):

Attackers are moving up a nontrivial hill. Field is split up into four zones, where a zone is lost if attackers capture an objective in that zone. Defenders have 1 life in each zone (total of 3 respawns), whereas attackers have unlimited lives. Defenders win if they can hold out for 75 min. My friend shot through about half a case of paint per game (lunch break before switching sides) and recommended leaving spare pods and tanks at the reinsertion point because there's no air refills during the game.

Sorry, didn't see your comments (I use tapatalk often). Yeah, you won't have an air refill up at the play field, so bringing extra paint, air is common. Defenders will shoot a lot of paint (make every minute count), while attacks need to leverage unlimited respawns with long walks between.

Previously i think they lent out (for free) some extra tanks for people, just ask. (I run a 77, so don't expect issues). I'm still figuring out if I'm going to be able to make it saturday/sunday, or just sunday.
