This was tried similarly in Ontario last fall and it kind of fell flat ......all it takes are a few bozos who "forgot" it was a gravity hopper\mech game, and "only have" their CS2 and a Rotor loader with them and Ramping turned on !!! As usual, the refs didn't enforce the games rules that day.

Anyhow, I hope this goes well for you guys!

      Cheers, M7

Thanks Brother, yeah From what I understand there will be someone checking each game as they check wristbands.

This is Jungle Island in Elsinore? Sounds like a blast! I can't find anything on this, is it an actual field event?

Yes it is at the Elsinore Jungle Island.

No I believe it is a Private event and we just check in at the Worr Boys banner in the parking lot.

I can't wait they are encouraging the older markers. I got my autococker ready and bringing a pump as a back up.

The turnout was completely bonkers! The last headcount I heard was 200+

So rad to see So Cal community show up for a no batteries event... Met some great folks... super cool raffle... Ruckus Anodizing gave away a anodizing...

I would expect to see more events like this...

It was crazy. I think it could have been a better event but the amount of people surprised everyone. I think what happened is that everyone thought it was going to be a group around 80 people but it turned to be 210+. Now that we have a better idea of what is going on I hope they add different objectives like capture the flag and domination.
