Rate your gear podcast.

Has anyone had a podcast rating people's gear for sale? It is tough to know what to look for and what to avoid.

…an episode of a podcast about just a specific persons personal stuff that is currently for sale? Nope. Never heard of it. I can’t even imagine how that would work and I doubt the back episodes would be very popular.

The closest thing would be what those paint eaters over at Lone Wolf do but…you don’t want to subject yourself to that.

I've definitely seen videos/podcasts with guys going over eBay/Craigslist ads. More for lampooning than education.

I wonder if OP is looking more for a general rating podcast for paintball gear. I have seen a few of them and plenty of YouTube videos, but I have yet to come across any that I find reliable.

I see two problems with this. Rating gear is subjective. What you like or prefer may not reflect what half of your viewers believe.

The other issue is if you're rating gear for sale, what they're asking will change over time making the rating and back catalog obsolete.
