just picked up a Deadlywinds fibur-x8 to use with my phantom and AC threaded markers. the back is so tightly screwed down I can't get it off to even put an insert in. I can use a screw driver or something as a T-handle but want to verify which way to unscrew from the barrel. any suggestion on how to separate the back from the barrel?

The threaded part is reverse threaded. So if you tighten the barrel all the way on, if you keeping going eventually the threaded piece will be stuck in and the barrel will come loose -

OP mentioned it was AC threaded.
When your Cocker busts balls in a tight back end it's always the worst. That's why it's always important to have the timing right so there is suction in your breach too. Typically I've found suction timing works best with a stiffi barrel.Comment
