I can't speak from personal experience, but I follow a few Youtubers that play in England and upload new content on a regular basis so I would imagine there's at least some action ongoing around there. It may be worth speaking to oDm , I believe he's in the UK.
Welcome back, and good luck! Should you ever find yourself across the pond in the Northeastern USA drop us a line, we play all the time and would love to host.💀 PK x Ragnastock 💀

Well you definitely landed in the right spot for a forum at least. Can't really help you out with the local scene much though

It looks like the UK has a limit on the amount of energy in Joules that a gun can produce. For .4g airsoft BB's it's 367fps. Here's the quote:
“…it will be safe to conclude that fully automatic airsoft guns operating at 1.3 joules or less and single shot (or semi automatic) airsoft guns operating at 2.5 joules or less would not engage the lethality threshold crossing over into stricter controls under the Firearms Act.”
Given a paintball is about 3 grams then the upward limit of velocity would be 133fps. I would say that probably kills any chance of paintball in the UK unless there's some other law for paintball guns I'm missing.

I can say that I have shipped a fair amount of product to the UK, but I can't honestly recall ever sending one to either Scotland, or, for that matter, Ireland. As I understand British geography (most of which comes from Top Gear, so take that as you will ) most of the addresses are more or less in the vicinity of London.
Probably doesn't help you much, but it's a data point.

yeah they are paintball centres local but they are crappy ones which don't allow folk to bring own equipment, very few which do allow. i did find one 4 hours from me which allows own equipment but and would host walk-ons but said would need least 10 people to turn up, so i guess if i do more digging find more players can make something happen.

I know 2 years ago in London there were signs for paintball fields and playing. I unfortunately didn't get a chance to play, but it was there in a few places. I took a picture of one of the places that sold passes, but there were other fields that I had found while we were there.
Now I know if you're in Scotland that it is a long trip to get to the London area, but I would bet there are closer places to play.-------------
