Currently (3/5/21) the organizers say the game is a go, the county its in basically says otherwise (75 person limit, the game normally has around 1800) I'm asking questions but nobody seems to have good answers yet. Last year the game was cancelled, if I remember right, within a week of it happening. I'm waiting on a reply from the organizers, I'm asking what criteria they are using for a go/no go on the game.

Anyone else already signed up?

I let my entry from last year ride but I won't be able to get vaccinated before June. I doubt many people of playing age will either so I asked for a refund earlier this week and was told they'd make that happen. I just can't justify Supergame when I've had to cancel every single other event for over a year.

I will def be there for a day or two, I am hesitant to pay up front because if they cancel it, says no refunds on the page....

It does but they have been giving refunds if you can't go for covid reasons. Anyone who was signed up for the 2020 game who wanted a refund got one which is a pretty stand up move because I'm sure they had already spent a good chunk of the money getting ready

I would sign up if I were you, worst case you get a refund when they announce a player limit or game cancelled

I plan on going but i'm just waiting to see what happens. They don't seem to have their shit together. Even if Marion County drops to a low risk level in the next two months the limit for outdoor recreation would be 300. Unless they know of a loophole.

Getting my first dose of the vaccine in a week, otherwise I would've stayed on the fence. I signed up and there will be a group of us coming down from Alaska. Haven't heard/seen too much talk about it anywhere but I also don't know where to look.

Yeah this is kind of where I'm at. If they considered the whole event "outdoor camping" there technically is no limit but that seems like a pretty big stretch because camping atrms like it assumes you are not gathering in a group

So far, the leading theory on how they are going to run the game is this

The "outdoor recreation" limitations are intended for reoccurring businesses. Since this is a single event and won't repeat until next year the only limitations it has are social distancing and people need to wear masks when off the field.

I have no idea of this is accurate but with SG not really saying much this is the leading theory on how they are not limiting the player count so far

I'd say bring cash. I ordered less paint than I usually need and am bringing cash with to use if I need it
