I am driving up Saturday as well but have never been to field or game before. Anything I need to know or where to find yalls

We usually set up our caravan over in the camping area so when you come into OXCC follow the signs to parking then when you see the sign for "camping" turn that-a-way.

You will follow the dirt road through the trees to get to the camping area, and then we are usually against the woodline on the far right

last day for prereg, I'm planning to daytrip saturday. asking anyone who knows, any feedback on their paint and do they still do co2 fills (haven't been there in years)?

Dont think they do co2. Paint has three grades, expect small paint.

figures, haven't been there in 8 years and it was a pain trying to get co2 then (waited for an employee who 'knew how to fill co2', only for that employee to discover they were out). rest of my tanks are out of hydro, will run 13ci & 12vies then. likely a case of their bottom tier 'premium' and use half of it :-P

Never played a scenario at OXCC just 10man and xball back in the day. Is it worth a 4hr trip? Probably won’t make it this year but may plan on it for next year. How dose the woods field play? Decent amount of cover or is it the typical long ball paint burning scenario? Can you just play one day or you got to reg for both?

For the scenario games they open all the fields into one. The hyper pipe, cargo and turf fields are not in play but everything else is open.

They have a nice mix of woods and built up fields. The bayou area is pretty sparse for cover in the center of the field but everywhere else has plenty of cover. Since it is summer the overgrown patches make everything more dense, if you get bored on one side of the field then you just go to another and are sure to find a fight.

Yes you can play one day. I think that is what most of us are doing. The big game is saturday.
