So Warsaw seems to be the MCB side, is this the case? I plan on getting my registration done this week. Last year the nights were cold as F#$k so come prepared thankfully I camp in the back of my truck topper and had a heater but still was cold.
I'm checking with the PB Charleston Pump crowd to see who is interested this year.

I played Warsaw my first year, and NATO the 2nd. There seemed to be a decent contingent of MCB folks on each side both times.
I really wish I could go this year, but it looks like it will probably not work out.
Which Warsaw group are most of the MCB folks joining this year?Rainmaker's feedback: https://www.mcarterbrown.com/forum/b...maker-feedback

Reporting in for the Warsaw 120th. 3rd time attending (first time back since 2018) so I'm looking forward to it! If you see a dude rocking the old JT sock hat, chances are it's me!Last edited by Carebear_Warfare; 08-29-2022, 03:57 PM.

Is this game ran like D-Day, where it's actual units ands whatnot being directed by a commander?

Yeah, what Grendel said. Generally, there are units with commanders and such, and there are objectives, and from what i've heard from guys that actually FOLLOW the commanders, they do a good job leading. My personal experience has been: I start out with my unit, get shot out in the first 30 minutes, go back to the re-spawn point, and then have a lot of trouble finding my unit the rest of the day, haha. At that point, I just find a group nearby and join in what they are doing. I'll hear periodically something like "They want us to push up the left here", or "We are all going to push right now and try to take this bunker... 3, 2, 1..."
I think you CAN be really involved in the strategy side of things if you want, and if you can stay with your unit. But you don't have to.

Grendel and Rainmaker are right, thats how it works. however the commanders and units are typically "assigned" sectors of the field. like we'll have one unit fighting in the hills, another in the open fields and so on and so forth with like one point that their unit is after. you dont have to follow them, but they'll kinda point you to where the objectives are
