That hill isn't super fun with footing. That mud had to make it rough!!

The ANGRY booth had probaby 40-50 beautiful Cockers to drool over. Serious works of art and wild anodizing on pretty much all of them.

Yea Sunday morning it didn’t even look like there was grass there anymore.

My boys dragged me out from the hole I have been hiding in to be part of this. They have been going to Supergame for three of the last four years, and my homeboy came in from Montana... so I really had no excuses. We camped on-site, with three dogs... it was an awesome first, and I loved being back in the game. We were on blue team, and we played Friday and Saturday.

I used a Brass Eagle Tigershark... it's literally the only marker I brought with me. It has a Lapco 685 barrel sizer for Spyder threads permenantly installed, allowing me to use an Evil barrel, but I was getting a lot of roll-outs with the premium paint. I still feel I slayed it, and there were times I had to leave the field for air or paint even though I hadn't been shot. I was using a 200rnd hopper and 13ci tank, while carrying two extra pods.

I stayed mostly up in the DMZ and the Darkwoods fort immediately next to the DMZ... even got told I couldn't cross the DMZ "50" on Saturday playing the snake on the net side of the field. I absolutely hate starting in that back right corner behind the octagon, or whatever it's called. Friday we started on the left side, across from the ATM's, and we pushed the reds all the way back into that spawn point... I kept asking people why they wouldn't come out from behind that stupid net, and people we like "that's their spawn point"... and we all laughed as we killed filthy reds.

It was horrible starting back there on Saturday, and so I made a mad dash up the sidelines by the viewing nets... totally awesome superman slide behind that hill by the trees... so freaking filthy... so freaking proud of my Tigershark for continuing to work with the overwhelming amount of mud just everywhere... and I kept going from there when a ref told me to go back behind the castle. I slithered back to that little hill by the trees on the net side of the field and shot until my tank was empty... my mask was so fogged I just stood up and started walking off the field, took the hits and kept walking off.

I will gladly use a pump again next year, possibly even the same Tigershark... but I need a different mask. I love my Grillz, but even a brand new lense couldn't keep from fogging... my other lense ended up with paint and rain in between the two panes. My boy's EVS seemed to do better, and someone said they were having really good luck with their proflex... regardless, I need to address the mask fogging situation before next year.

Feels good to be back, though.
If you need to talk, I will listen. Leave a message and I will call you back as soon as I get it.

I've been rocking the CRBN mask with their fan for the past 3 years. Since I use a prescription insert, I am double prone to fogging. The CRBN/fan setup has been the only thing that has worked between grillz, I4's, I5's, vents, proflex, etc. I did have good luck with the Ex-fog system too but I hate how bulky it is.

i had zero fog issues with my JT's however i was catching rain on the inside lens and had to wipe it out each time i left the field to reload.

Had rain and paint dripping into the inside of my profiler lens on Saturday. There were times it was really hard to see.

I'm glad I wasn't the only the one. Lol. Like I said, I really like my Grillz... and I hate that I actually need something different to reliably compete in the woods. I seen a lot of other players with Grillz, but they all seemed to be staying in or around the DMZ, like I was... I did not notice hardly any of the full camo woodsball FSR guillie suit players sporting Grillz masks, though. I have needed a spare mask for a while, I was just hoping it would be another Grillz so I could use the same lenses and straps between both masks... bummer, I guess.

People were saying this was a good year for it to be my first... like a rite of passage... they were saying this year's fog/mud/rain situation proved to be especially brutal compared to years past. Plus, camping in the lower RV lots with three dogs made for a very, umm, unique experience. I'm glad I was there, it was awesome... but I haven't had to just accept my environment like that since the military. Every other time, I would have said no to camping im that rain, or no to camping in that muddy spot, no to bringing all the dogs if it was going to be that muddy... any reasonable person would have went freaking home. Lol.

Next year I am getting a hotel, or just driving from home to play, and going back home every night... I doubt I will camp on site ever again... unless homeboy gets an RV spot up top, maybe then... maybe.

Yeah most of us are not reasonable people and a little obsessed but in a good way. The camping is a lot of fun but you need groups of people. Not sure if you are interested but next year you are welcome to camp with us.

Were you wearing a red Evil jersey by chance?

I was not wearing a red Evil jersey... I was wearing a black Evil long sleeve moisture wicking shirt under a black "Evil Wins" t-shirt under a blue Evil jersey... but all those layers were under a purple jersey that was mud-colored. Lol. Bright blue Grillz with no "z" in the branding, and a Brass Eagle Tigershark with an Evil barrel.

Me and my boys generally wear the custom jerseys I got from Muddy Bloody Factory when we ball together... the jerseys even have little outlines of my old TASO Spyder all over them... and the built in padding is no joke absolutely clutch for turning would-be breaks into bounces. My homeboy Starrman literally caught an FSR after it bounced off his chest and showed it to me.

you guys wanna know a secret? there's not a z in the branding

the main issue with the V1 is that having a rain visor for one is REALLY kind of hit and miss, I think they only made them in the very beginning, because I've gotten brand new masks without them. wearing a hat to play is annoying, but sometimes is what needs to be done. that being said, I rocked this mask and lense/insert both days, I only played a little bit friday, and I hadn't properly prepped the insert with defog and that became obvious quickly, I made sure to prep it better for saturday, keep in mind, you're still gonna get hot, its still gonna get warm in the semi sealed chamber around your eyes (sweaty eyeballs is a problem with EVERY mask to varying degree), if its currently raining and you have a hat thats blocking a lot of the airflow in the name of keeping the rain out, It's not gonna be improved.. i had some fogging issues, but they usually only started after a pretty long amount of time out on the field, and could be mitigated with a combo of forcing myself to breathe through my nose a bit more often, trying to remove the hat occasionally when the rain was light, sometimes all it took was moving to a position that let the wind push some air through my mask for the fog to clear out for a good length of time after..

I was using a beanie to put some distance between my hot ass forehead and it helped a bit. Doesn’t help that my new $50 fan broke. Night game got it really soggy and I didn’t dry it in my truck. Was running around with a wet lens

Negative, its a screw off lid of a water contaiiner in a metal box. Bunch of them on the field as structures to hide behind.

Saw him a couple times around the DMZ. Think it's a double Impulse set up. Looked like a lot to be carting around but seemed to throw paint just fine.
