I just skimmed the rules, this note is at the end:
"You can not shoot Van Helsing, doing so will result in your death (return to base).
Van Helsing will have WHITE armband and tags."

$69 before July, $79 until week of, $89 at the gate (includes air/entry/etc)

Paint price Before July/After July/Day of
    $35/$40/$47 - GI Custom
    $55/$65/$75 - Deathball

THIS IS STILL BYOP - you do not need to buy field paint if you wish

Renegades will be there for Fri-Sat-Sun, maybe Thursday. We are tentatively playing Dracula team. We've been traveling to this field for years for this event, it's a lot of fun still (new owners are doing a good job). If you are debating traveling to this and don't have a team to play with, or a table to hang out at, all are welcome.

Planning to be there as well, and hopefully drag some buddies with me. Wish I would have realized sooner that Living Legends was this weekend too.

I don't think thursday was magfed only last year either, we had "armageddon" and "shields". We didn't manage to play thursday last year because the closed it down early due to heat, and moved the longer day to friday, which makes more sense in the long run. I miss the 9-5 with hour break for lunch, but suspect that's not coming back with byop.

Hope everyone had a great weekend at Monster Game! Thought I wasn't going to make it for a bit there, since I got the food poisoning going around earlier in the week. But thankfully it cleared up Saturday morning, and got to play the afternoon session, as well as the whole second day. Talked to lots of people, but didn't knowingly run into anyone from here. I was the shirtless guy with the spiked CRBN/i5s, and the black and purple Phantom.

I was there, I think I saw you and your phantom while walking around in the staging area on Saturday afternoon. I was in a red shirt and was carrying either my phantom (black/green acid) or my red splash cocker.

spartan985 Awesome! Feel free to say hi if you see me at other events. I ran into a few other Phantom owners, but don't think I saw you while I was walking around. There were quite a few people wearing red shirts and jerseys, haha. Would have loved to see that acid wash Phantom though.

I was only there on Saturday. As usual it was fun but disorganized, so was I…I switched sides twice and shot at least 500 rounds at my own team…I can’t remember what team that was.

Nobody mentioned my Phantom this year because for the first time in 8 years of going to this event I didn’t use one. I used my late period Sterling which ran great but I did get paint in a few places where a Phantom doesn’t get paint…

I bought a new 4500psi tank for this event but only ever saw maybe 3600 max. They shuttered the compressor station the second the end of game horn sounded so I assume they were getting to work on it.

For paint I used the HK level 4 stuff. It’s very good. It paired with a .687 Bigshot with only one rollout all day.

The weather was perfect. A week earlier and the wildfire smoke would have cancelled the event. It was 500+ on the AQI the weekend before in this area.

As usual the Riverside+MCB people were great.

I did hear quite a few people complaining about the air fills. At one point I was in line to top off my 26/4500, which was only at like 3.2k, and everyone in the trailer was complaining about only getting around 2.5k from the hoses. Had to just walk away, and hope I didn't run out anytime soon, lol.

The weather was definitely great. The slightly higher humidity the first half of Sunday wasn't fantastic, but also wasn't that bad, and the cloud cover made up for it. Then it cleared up, the temp rose slightly, but the humidity also dropped.

I wish I had my stock barrel for my 68 Special Freak bored already, cause I was really wanting to break that thing out a bit, and make some noise. I think I'm going to try and get that done, and also grab one of those old Dishka amplifiers to throw on it, before the last couple big games of the year.

Weather was perfect compared to previous years, low 80s, and low humidity for the area. Game was good. "Normal" air issues on the 4500psi line, maxing out at 3k at different points, but shouldn't be causing a lot of issues unless you were just playing the grinder constantly. Teams seemed relatively balanced, and the Renegades played in the back field most of the day on both days, though doing a full walk a couple times. We just used the field paint, of which the cheaper stuff seemed to be shooting better this year. Minor hiccups with the green-zone rules (printed rules changed this year to no firing out of the greenzone, which didn't make sense). Overall pretty minor things, and the field has changed since the last time I was there (where are all these boats coming from?). Would easily recommend for people to experience large games at a great frield still
