I have a mag that has a little lip part on the bottom that I believe is for RT rails. What size rail do I need to reach the lip, and where could I buy such a rail in gloss black?

What you have is what I think (if I remember correctly) is a RPG Exile body attached to an AM/MM length wave rail. You are correct that that cutout lip on the front is meant to line up with the front of a rail, specifically an "RT length" rail (which is 9.1" IIRC). Although dust instead of gloss, arguably one of the most period-correct rails to go with that body would be this:

I know Luke makes rails, unfortunately he only offers dust black anodizing or raw here's a link to his website
