My first mag! I was recently gifted a late friend’s mini mag. Just swapped out the drop forward and need to get an elbow and one of Doc’s barrel adapters.

It was a surprise for sure. He passed a few years back from cancer. He’d bought it, rebuilt it and then got diagnosed and was never able to use it. Going to take it out for some games in his honor.

Two mags i have pieced together and modified. 2025 ULE & Stainless Vert LVL7.






Stainless fasteners, stainless fittings, and stainless hard line. Docs foregrip, empire barrel (tear drop milling matches the ULE body AND lines up when threaded in), aluminum panel grips with custom stainless fasteners.






Note: Yes, that is a regulator as the foregrip, it was chrome and lighter than a normal gas through grip, so it went on (because weight is a concern with a stainless mag... :P). Once Doc has another run of foregrips complete, it will be switched to one of his if i can get my hands on one.

Body was shortened to line up with the front end of the rail and allow proper reveal of AC threaded barrels in Doc's barrel adapter.

Supposedly a new in box 68 Automag on eBay but this is what I received. Still in pretty much unused condition it doesn’t look like it’s been shot but because it was shipped to me like this with no padding the body has some scuffs on it. Probably gonna leave a neutral review. Maybe negative??

Not the barrel I will use when I take it out, since i like short barrels but thought it looked on there. Need to fine tune it.

Not sure on this build, rail really short. Maybe with ule body, cap the valve and figure out how to attach a inline regulator.

All of these are awesome and beautiful. Ya'll have given me inspiration. I picked up this basic automag that doesn't work, leaks like a boat made of mesh, and probably just needs some orings and a rebuild for $20 from ION a few years ago. Guess it's time to give her some new life.

Thanks! Took a while to collect the pieces and about 5 months to get the blue LED, but it's a lot of fun. Had a lot of help along the way.
