Who made this automag sight rail?

Saw this on google and was wondering who made those sight rail and barrel?

Also if you have one of those sight rail for sale I would be interested

For the barrel likely they are using a twist lock adapter, either docs, with possibly his freak back or maybe even smart parts freak back with a short tip.

I am not sure if the short tip is docs too or white wolf's.

From what I remember WWA tip had a shorter spiral
