Smart parts magic box

I just picked up my first automag with a smart parts magic box on it. Should I remove the magic box since most people seem to consider it a gimmick?

I seem to remember that in order for the box to be fitted the mag had to be altered from its original state. That being said removing it will be more of a hassle than leaving it alone and letting the magic do it’s job.

I don't think it hurt anything. I'd leave it for the style points, or sell the whole thing to a collector.

I just read the gardner story the other day. I didn't realize they killed so many small businesses .
