I'm having an issue where my valve is having trouble coming out of the body and sometimes holding air after degassing. My on/off ASA doesn't vent so I will unscrew the knob to cut off the tank then dry fire until it chuffs and won't overcome the spring to drain the line. Then when I go to remove the valve it will sometimes have a tough time coming out and I really have to wiggle it to come out. I believe this is because the on/off pin is sticking slightly into the body (despite me already pushing it in and the trigger rod having free movement). It will also sometimes vent a tiny bit of air when I remove the QD fitting from the valve and/or when the valve comes free and the bolt isn't being held shut. The strange thing is that none of this is consistent (ie sometimes the valve will come out without issue and the venting from the two places may or may not happen). Any thoughts? Not a huge issue for me but strange and a minor inconvenience.

Are you using trigger stops on your trigger? If not, you may want to unscrew your sear rod a smidge to help press that on/off in to get the valve out. likely 1/4 turn or so not much.BeardedWorks.com (Your Inception Designs and Shocktech Dealer)
