    Need help with a leak.

    Trying to source a leak. I got air pissing out of this hole. I have changed all the original orings. Marker fires tho a bit of a stiff trigger pull. But I will admit I know very little about mags.

    Dose this shim stack look right? What’s this I read about adding and removing them what effect dose this have? After rebuilding the on/ off pin it’s firing a lil hard and the trigger pull is stiffer then I remember like it’s getting a lot of pressure. Could this be why it’s venting? Do I just need to remove some of those shims dose that effect valve pressure?

    I can send this to someone that knows these things but I’m trying to learn myself.

    no you are missing the c clip, oring and spacer. They are likely still in the valve. be very careful pulling them out so you dont scratch the valve bore.

      also looks like your missing the reg seat oring on the left side of that brass piece.

        So as superman pointed out, on #12 above, the spacer sits between the two o-rings, and the c-clips goes on the pin groove furthest right in the diagram.

        #11 is the other missing o-ring.

            for reference. Dirt and debris in the on/off can cause this leak. Clean it out (qtip) and make sure the on/off orings are good + oil.

              Yup I replaced those and insured everything is all clean and lightly oiled. The reason I was having such a hard time was because I was missing pieces when I put it back together. Superman hit the nail right on the head with what was missing, and Nak81783 posted that very helpful exploded view so I could figure out how it all goes together. I got it now. No leaks and pressure feels normal and it sounds good. I’m going to test it out tomorrow with some paint at the field. So happy to get this thing going. I tried to fix it a number of times and was just blowing threw air trying to figure it out. Pieces are way too small to attempt to mess with at the field. Thanks Gentlemen!
