Your tank and pressures are definitely right on the money it sounds like you might have an on/off issue since it's been a year first try a generous amount of oil or pull it and apply lithium grease other than that your looking at a rebuild I'll do my best to walk you thru or look on site for person who rebuild and try that route best of luck friend

Don't use lithium grease on anything in paintball.

Tom Kaye specified Pure White Lithium grease for the original shoebox compressors. I am still using this method today. Works great for the reg springs too.

Compressors may be different. But lithium is abrasive. It'll destroy normal buna and polyurethane o-rings. It was designed for metal-on-metal contact.

Lithium isn't abrasive. In fact, the most common paintball grease, Dow 33, uses lithium as a thickener with silicone as the base oil (as do Dow 44/55). Lithium grease is a really generic term, as it could be using nearly any oil as the base oil, lithium is just the thickener.
            I can haz feedback?
If I owe you feedback, just remind me, as I sometimes forget.

Gotcha. The crap we use in the plant is somewhat coarse. Like graphite powder, kinda.
          Working...
