ANS Foamie Thickness

I'm looking to put one on a cupped face Azodin bolt to prevent rollback and extend how far the ball sits in the barrel. Would anyone be able to get me a measurement (or at least tell me how it compares to an AGD foamie)?

I'd guess less than 1/4" I ran an ANS bolt in my first mag for years with out one and didn't even know they were supposed to have it.

Found some in my parts box and they are about .125(1/8)in or 3.12mm
