    XValve Leak?!?!

I bought an XValve from the fleabay a few months ago for a project and can't seem to figure out why the heck its leaking. When I got it, every o-ring was basically fossilized/falling apart so I replaced everything with fresh o-rings out of a new rebuild kit I bought from AGD (including the two o-rings on the reg valve pin). Replaced the bumper too since that was effectively melted.

It does have an ULT and the only thing I didn't replace was the tiny o-ring on the on/off pin (since I don't have one). The tiny ring is hard but its intact and seems to seat well. ULT has 3x shims on it.

I'm using it with a ULE body, minimag rail + sear + frame. Input pressure is around 850psi. Gun cycles just fine but has a steady leak from what sounds like the on/off (definitely coming from between the frame / rail and not down the barrel). Lvl 10 has 2x shims in the power tube and the medium/red spring.

Would the tiny ring on the ULT cause this (never had a valve with an ULT before this one)? I ordered a couple new tiny o-rings from AGD, hoping it'll solve the problem. Am I barking up the right tree?

The tiny oring is where i would start. Once they get hard they aren't good anymore.

Just to get you past the point of knowing, hold the trigger back while gassed up. If it leaks the on/off orings are to blame. If it stops and is leaking down the barrel check the L10 or L7 powertube oring.
