    Sydarm resources

So I picked up the Sydarm that was recently offered up (a 20 year desire for one finally got the best of me). Are there any good resources on them? I know there were an oddity in the PB world arising at first to be a police trainer and not that readily available to the public for most of their availability life. Does anyone make a constant air adapter? Anything else odd about their internals from other automags? What parts are cross compatible?

    Automag/minimag sear
    Centerfeed barrel
    Any rail
    Valve internals are classic valve
Constant air adapters were made by agd.
Only weird thing i can think of is their is a tiny oring between the 2 body tubes most people forget about.

Web site says something about a powertube restrictor that makes it incompatible with a lvl 10 bolt. any particular issue with the stock bolt and can it effectively swap to any of the other Valves?

It can be drilled out. The field rental valves have it too.

Constant air adapters are pretty much unobtainium last I checked 6 or so years ago. Even went so far as to get a blueprint from the guy who designed them so that I could go to a machinist and have them make one for me but the machine work would have been cost prohibitive. I haven't been able to dig back up that drawing / schematic for the CA adapter, unfortunately. Google mail did me dirty there - attachment disappeared into the nether.

I have an idea, would creating a replacement co2 screw be cost prohibitive or does it use some sort of standard available thread and size?

I made a CA adapter for mine. I would have no trouble making more if there is a market for them.

I mean I would certainly take one. An while I dont speak for others, I would assume that a run of them would interest people as the part is otherwise unavailable

    I'd be interested

I'm trying to write up a brief history the sydarm but I'm having trouble tracking info down. Can anyone tell me when they first started production, when they ended, and when they were offered to the public? Effectively my understanding is production started early 90's (92?), were offered to the public in or about 2004, but production stopped shortly after? And ran about $4-500 when offered to the public? does that sound about right?

I had had a leak inside the 12g plug and I took it apart but there was a melted part too damaged to identify and replace it. I guess it's one of the sydarm parts kit I own but can't find. I'd be also interested by any solution.
