UTL tuning issues, can't stop the RT

I can't get the ULT to stop RTing on me, even without any spacers. It doesn't run away, but no matter what I have tried I can't get it to not RT. It shoots once if I hold down the trigger, but if I put any pressure on it, it goes ballistic!
    Specs:
    X-valve
    ULE body
    Luke's rail and Z2 frame
    850psi tank output

    Here is what I've tried:
    Full ULT on/off rebuild
    0-4 spacers
    Different X-valve
Sear/trigger space from 0-2 credit cards
Red bolt spring, gold bolt spring
    Prayer
    Cursing

Absolutely nothing changed its RT behavior. With fewer spacers, it doesn't want to reset all the time, but it will still RT.
    Thoughts?

Well, I already have two mags with RT triggers and I wanted to try something different. Going to keep at it for a bit, there has to be an answer!

Just curious did you buy the z2 frame directly from Luke or was it second hand, I know he makes triggers for his frame specifically for pneumatic and mechanical, I belive the difference is the stroke on the trigger(the pneumatic one having a shorter stoke and the mechanical having more)

Is the Luke's rail stamped h2? I know there was some kind of issues with his first run of hybrid rails, not sure what the issues were but I know some people had enough problems that Luke revised his rail and machined h2 in them after to be able to distinguish the two

There was never a problem with my Hybrid rails.

The problem was with the gas thru grip frame that Neumech made, he didn't design his grip frame with adequate clearance for AM rails and sear's which was what the Hybrid rail was designed around, I changed my design to avoid compatibility problems with his product...

He also changed the design on later frames.

Yes, Neumech changed the design based on the information I provided him

Lukes suggestion vanished, but the sear looks a bit rounded to me. I'm going to order a fresh one and see how it goes. Either way, one can never have too many spare parts.
