I had always wanted to try this, but I read that the finish is pretty easy to scratch off. I thought maybe some kind of epoxy sealant could prevent it but never got around to trying. Looks great!

As for durability, I'll do more tests, but it doesn't scratch off with my fingernail.

Also hit it with a knife edge, its very durable actually
