ULT On/Off Troubles

Hello all,

Just picked up a valvr with ULT installed. It runs but leaks down the barrel. I inspected all the power tube orings...good.

I have zero experience in ULT on/off. So its a gurgle but constant leak down the barrel. When I pull and hold the trigger it stops. A slight leak it heard from the on/off and after 5 to 7 seconds of trigger held back it fully seals. I have replaced all orings minus the micro miniature one on the pin.

It had .010 (2 shims) initially. I had not taken away but am up to .025 in shims same leak. I suspect the previous owner bent the pin.

Does this check out? Either way I put the original XValve on/off in and its shooting perfect.

That Micro oring is the one that is leaking. You can cut it off with a razor blade, dont scratch the pin, and slide the new one over the pin. It doesnt look like it will go but it will. And dont bend the pin!

Thank you. It doesnt appear overly worn but it is very small. Now i just need to find one or a rebuild kit in general.

The general AGD repair does not come with the tiny o-ring. Learned that the hard way. But tunaman5 will take care of you.

tunaman5, sent you a PM. Worked perfectly. That micro oring is actually a pain to remove. Thanks a lot. Glad to be able to get a this mag with the ULT running without leaking. 2 thumbs up.
