RT on/off o rings swelling?

    RT on/off o rings swelling?

    Having issues with my RT and was wondering if anyone else has experienced something similar.

    My pin got stuck in the top ring the other day. Like stuck stuck. With pressure it wouldn't move. I had the marker aired up and it wouldn't do anything, degassed, started sliding the valve out, had to push the pin in a little to get it to clear the body. As soon as the on/off cleared the body it shot out, ricochetted off my ceiling and ended up on my work bench. The pin was still in the body, stuck in the top o ring.

    So what's up? It's the top ring and the internal ring that seem to be the problem. These rings are crazy tight on the on/off pin but they have always been oiled and honestly have maybe 10-15 cases at most through them

      They shouldnt be tight...just snug. You could have some orings that are on the higher end of the tolerance. Try another oring or two and see if they are not as tight. If it was still aired up after you pulled the trigger to get the valve out, then there is still air in the dump chamber and you need to change a few more orings.

          I changed out the top one for a buna, didn't have the center one, do you know the size for the center ring in the rt on off? But changing the top one got it shooting again. The rt is not as easy to activate as I would like but I'm thinking it's because of that center ring
